Philip Warner - President

Mr. Warner joined EPI in April 2008 from Philips Lighting where he held a number of senior National and International management positions in the United Kingdom, The Netherlands and North America. He has worked in Business Leadership, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and drove New Product Development projects globally. He has managed many initiatives in the area of Solid State Lighting (LEDs) and most recently was instrumental in spearheading Philips entry to the LED Fixture Solutions business in North America leading to the acquisition of Color Kinetics in 2007. Mr. Warner has done a significant amount of work in the Medical Industry on LED applications for UV usage in the area of sterilization and patient sedation using LED lighting.

Previous to Philips, Mr. Warner worked for British Telecom in the UK, managing an operational team in the post privatization structure. He graduated from the Royal Navy Leadership Academy, and later graduated from the RN college of Engineering as an Electrical Engineer and has served around the world. He also holds a Advanced degree in International Strategic Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.
